A major law firm is hiring a 2027 entry-level associate for its corporate and business transactions group in San Francisco, with a focus on life sciences transactions.

The work:

• Life sciences corporate transactions and business matters
• Mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structure work
• Transactional work in the healthcare and life sciences sectors
• Client counseling on corporate and business matters
• Contract drafting and negotiation

What they're looking for:

• Rising third-year law student (2027 JD graduation)
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Interest in or experience with life sciences
• Eligible to take the California bar exam or currently barred in California
