Vault Top 10 firm seeking associate with 4-6 years of experience for its Private Investment Funds practice.

The work:

• Represent domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds in fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operations
• Handle fund-related transactions including financings, acquisitions, and alternative investment structure formation
• Manage substantial transaction components independently while working collaboratively across teams

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of law firm experience with venture capital or private equity funds
• Solid foundation in fund formation, finance transactions, and M&A
• Strong academic record and bar admission (or prompt eligibility)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
