Join a prestigious global restructuring and insolvency team at a leading law firm. This position offers exposure to complex financial restructuring matters, Chapter 11 proceedings, cross-border insolvencies, and creditor and debtor representations.

The work:

• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, and briefs in Chapter 11 and insolvency proceedings
• Research and analyze issues under the US Bankruptcy Code and related statutes
• Develop and analyze reorganization plans and disclosure statements
• Negotiate terms related to automatic stay, debtor-in-possession financing, and claims procedures
• Manage cross-border insolvency work and Chapter 15 proceedings
• Prepare restructuring support agreements and key case documents
• Assist with financial analysis, document review, and hearing preparation
• Serve as a primary contact for client communications on assigned matters
• Contribute to development of practice materials and knowledge resources

What they're looking for:

• 1-6 years of experience in a large firm setting
• Strong interest in restructuring work and complex financial matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Collaborative team approach and client service focus
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Miami, Chicago, or New York)
