Government Investigations and White Collar Defense associate role at a leading litigation firm. You'll represent clients through all stages of government inquiries, from civil investigative demands and grand jury proceedings through trial and appellate work.

The work:

• Counsel clients on government investigations and respond to investigative demands and subpoenas
• Manage grand jury proceedings and coordinate investigative strategy
• Defend against federal and state enforcement actions
• Prepare written advocacy and litigation materials in complex fraud cases
• Develop trial strategy and appellate work

What they're looking for:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in white-collar defense, government investigations, or related litigation
• Judicial clerkship (preferred)
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Solid academic credentials
• Good judgment and communication abilities
