A corporate banking practice seeks an associate to handle international financing transactions for infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes renewable energy infrastructure, particularly wind, solar, and energy storage facilities.

The work:

• Document preparation and analysis for construction and term financing arrangements
• Structuring security packages and financing conditions for complex infrastructure deals
• Advising on cross-border and domestic infrastructure project financing
• Reviewing project documentation and ancillary agreements
• Coordinating transaction mechanics with lenders, sponsors, and counsel

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure and project finance
• Background working with financial sponsors and institutional lenders
• Renewable energy or comparable infrastructure background preferred
• Bachelor's degree in economics or finance, plus J.D. or LL.M.
• New York Bar admission required
• Salary range: $365,000 to $390,000
