A top-tier global law firm is building its technology and outsourcing practice with an associate focused on blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions. You'll lead complex commercial agreements and work across M&A, technology licensing, and related deals in the crypto space. This role spans multiple offices and serves clients navigating digital asset innovation.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements for blockchain-based transactions
• Lead corporate work in the cryptocurrency and digital asset space, including M&A matters
• Handle technology licensing, outsourcing arrangements, and related commercial contracts
• Provide counsel on crypto market developments and related legal issues

What they're looking for:

• Minimum six years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting
• Deep, demonstrated expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrency law
• Background in technology deal work, ideally including crypto-focused M&A
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction where you'll practice
• Strong contract drafting, client communication, and deadline management
