The work:

• Advise on seed through growth-stage venture capital rounds and private securities offerings
• Handle M&A transactions and strategic exits for technology companies
• Conduct commercial and regulatory due diligence on complex deals
• Work on cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of law firm experience in venture capital and emerging company transactions
• Strong academic record with excellent writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively
• Bar admission in the office location (San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Boston, New York, Austin, Seattle, or Los Angeles)
