Vault Top 10 firm seeking an IP litigation associate with minimum 3 years of patent experience. You'll represent clients in complex patent disputes, copyright, trademark, and trade secrets matters across district courts, the Federal Circuit, ITC, and PTAB. Clients span technology, pharmaceutical, and other high-value industries.

The work:

• Represent clients in patent disputes, copyright, trademark, and trade secrets litigation
• Handle matters across district courts, Federal Circuit, ITC, and PTAB
• Advise on claims combining IP with antitrust, contract, and unfair competition issues
• Work alongside experienced trial lawyers on precedent-setting cases
• Manage complex litigation with minimal supervision

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or similar field
• Strong technical foundation and litigation capability
• Ability to drive matters forward independently
