A global technology law firm is hiring a mid-level associate for its technology transactions practice, with positions available across multiple US offices. The role centers on complex transactions involving technology, intellectual property, and emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain.

The work:

• Negotiate and draft software licensing, cloud services, and technology agreements
• Advise on intellectual property strategy and related corporate issues
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions
• Handle emerging technology transactions for established companies and startups
• Counsel emerging companies on product development, manufacturing, and market launch

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience in technology transactions, IP, or corporate law
• Expertise in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, outsourcing, fintech, mobile applications, gaming, or hardware
• Strong academic credentials and writing ability
• Background at a major law firm
