Handle complex commercial disputes at a major AmLaw firm's dynamic litigation practice. Work across technology, finance, life sciences, and energy sectors on sophisticated trade secret, financial, and product liability matters. Build client relationships alongside experienced counsel invested in associate development.

The work:

• Litigate complex disputes from case filing through trial across multiple industries
• Conduct and defend depositions; manage fact and expert discovery
• Handle trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability cases
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Draft motions, prepare cases for trial, and handle oral advocacy
• Develop relationships directly with clients and co-counsel

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of complex litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing ability
• Demonstrated oral communication and advocacy skills
• Capacity to manage significant responsibilities independently and collaboratively
• State bar membership in desired office location (strongly preferred)
• Background across diverse matters and industries
