A leading technology and startup firm is seeking a junior corporate attorney to join its practice. The role focuses on corporate transactions and advisory work with growth-stage companies, investors, and established firms operating in technology, life sciences, and other emerging sectors.

The work:

• Mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring
• Venture capital and emerging company financing
• Equity and debt capital formation
• Private equity structuring and institutional investment arrangements
• Corporate governance and general advisory services

What they're looking for:

• One to two years of corporate law experience at a law firm
• Background or demonstrated interest in venture capital, emerging companies, or capital markets transactions
• Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school
• Interest in working with technology, life sciences, and growth-oriented industries
• Excellent written and analytical abilities
