A top-tier national firm seeks an entry-level associate for its corporate transactions practice in Los Angeles or Philadelphia, beginning Fall 2027. This role offers early exposure to sophisticated commercial deals with an emphasis on emerging technology and artificial intelligence.

The work:

• Technology and commercial transactions for clients in retail, life sciences, financial services, and sports
• AI-focused strategic deals and outsourcing arrangements
• Legal research, documentation, transaction structuring, and deal analysis
• Partnership with senior lawyers on client relationship development

What they're looking for:

• 2027 JD (rising 3L), bar-eligible or admitted in California or Pennsylvania
• Strong academic credentials and writing ability
• Interest in technology, AI applications, and commercial innovation
• Entry-level position with no prior experience required
• Starting salary: $225k+ (California); market-based elsewhere
