A top-tier global law firm is recruiting for a mid-level associate in its liability management team. The practice advises on structurally complex transactions across the capital stack for public and private sponsors, creditor groups, and distressed investors. This is a high-impact transactional role combining deep capital markets knowledge with restructuring expertise.

The work:

• Lead structural analysis of complex corporate capital structures to design commercial solutions
• Manage negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation including credit agreements, indentures, and intercreditor arrangements
• Advise clients on strategic alternatives and execution risk in stressed and distressed contexts
• Navigate complex hybrid and non-traditional instruments spanning debt, equity, and combinations
• Mentor junior team members on transactional practice and client advisory

• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, or restructuring law
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex, non-standard transactions and capital structures
