A Vault Top 10 firm's Washington, D.C. office is recruiting an experienced FDA regulatory associate to advise healthcare and life sciences companies, digital health providers, and investment firms on complex regulatory issues. This established practice draws on deep relationships across federal and state health agencies.

The work:

• FDA regulatory counseling and compliance program development for drug, medical device, and healthcare technology companies
• Day-to-day compliance advice and structuring guidance for healthcare clients
• Regulatory diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises in the healthcare sector
• Government pricing and reimbursement strategy for new healthcare technologies
• Health information privacy and data security counseling
• Government enforcement defense and internal investigations

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years advising on FDA regulatory matters and healthcare transactions
• Experience with FDA-regulated product companies
• Knowledge of product development, clinical trials, and market launch cycles
• Strong analytical and writing skills
