The work:

• Counsel public companies on corporate governance standards and requirements
• Advise on Exchange Act disclosure obligations and securities regulation
• Support IPO governance documentation and regulatory filings
• Research and draft materials on governance and securities compliance

• Law school class 2020-2024 (2-6 years relevant experience)
• Demonstrated expertise in public company governance and securities regulation
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills
• Candidates prepared to develop depth in governance law

Compensation: $235,000-$390,000, with performance-based bonuses. Full benefits include health care, retirement, paid leave, parental leave, and life insurance.
