The work:
- Counsel boards and management on governance frameworks and shareholder matters
- Structure governance documentation for IPO-phase companies
- Research and advise on Exchange Act compliance requirements
- Draft guidance on regulatory standards and best practices
What they're looking for:
- Law school class 2020–2024
- Prior experience with public company representation or securities matters
- Strong legal writing and research capabilities
- Background in securities or governance law
Compensation $235K–$390K annually, with health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, parental leave, and performance bonuses.
