The work:

• Litigate commercial energy disputes and transactional conflicts
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for complex matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on energy, commercial, and contract law
• Support senior attorneys with case strategy development and trial preparation
• Manage client communications and develop case strategy recommendations

• 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
