An AmLaw 50 firm is hiring entry-level associates in corporate and real estate for its Boston, Philadelphia, and Seattle offices, starting Fall 2027. Associates will handle real estate transactions and corporate work after bar admission in their respective states.

The work:

• Real estate transactions and commercial real estate matters
• Corporate and business transaction structuring and execution
• Client advisory and transactional support across deal types

What they're looking for:

• Recent law graduates or current third-year law students (2027 entry)
• Strong interest in real estate and corporate transactions
• Excellent academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
• Bar eligibility in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, or Washington
