Senior-level corporate associate in venture capital and emerging companies. The role supports startups, growth-stage companies, and venture capital investors through the full lifecycle: early-stage financings, growth rounds, private equity transactions, M&A, and public offerings.

The work:

• Advise startups and growth-stage companies on venture capital and growth equity financings
• Support private equity and M&A transactions
• Assist with public offerings and corporate governance
• Work closely with portfolio companies and investors
• Contribute to a team-oriented client-focused environment

What they're looking for:

• 4–8 years experience or JD graduation 2018–2022
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and client-facing aptitude
• Exposure to venture capital, growth, or private equity (prior large firm experience a plus but not required)
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach

Compensation range: $310,000–$435,000. The firm prioritizes motivated, client-focused attorneys in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
