Am Law 100 firm with global reach seeking experienced asset management associates for Boston, New York, or Washington DC. Work closely with senior lawyers on fund matters with increasing responsibility for client relations and complex transactions.

The work:

• Registered funds regulatory compliance and structuring
• Private funds formation and ongoing legal matters
• Investment management regulatory and transactional work
• Fund governance and stakeholder engagement
• Collaboration with institutional investors, sponsors, and lenders
• Mix of transactional and advisory matters

What they're looking for:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in funds, regulatory, or investment management
• Demonstrated expertise in registered or private funds
• Strong academic credentials and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
