Asset-Based Lending Associate, New York · Vault Top 10 Firm

This Vault Top 10 finance firm is hiring an asset-based lending associate for their New York structured credit practice. You'll work on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), structured products, and secured lending transactions across both broad-market and middle-market contexts.

The work:

• Represent underwriters, issuers, collateral managers, and institutional investors in CLO and structured finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for credit facilities and securities offerings
• Advise on regulatory compliance and market practice in structured lending
• Support deal origination, structure, and closing

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in capital markets, structured lending, ABL, or CLO warehouses
• New York State Bar admission in good standing
• Strong academics and law firm background
• Responsive, collaborative approach to teamwork

Compensation: $235,000-$310,000 base.
