Asbestos Litigation Associate, Los Angeles and Oakland · National Litigation Firm

National litigation firm with strong complex torts practice seeking associate to work on asbestos and toxic tort matters in Los Angeles and Oakland offices.

The work:

• Conduct factual investigations and discovery management in toxic tort cases
• Prepare pleadings and motions; take and defend depositions
• Handle litigation across California state and federal courts
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for complex matters
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years civil litigation experience, ideally in toxic torts or asbestos matters
• Active California bar license required
• Strong legal writing and research capabilities
• Demonstrated judgment and ability to work independently
• Proven ability to manage complex matters while under pressure
• Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
