Appellate practice at a large national law firm. You'll work on appeals in state and federal courts, handling briefs, oral arguments, and supporting trial teams. Background in appellate clerkships is particularly valued.

The work:

• Author appellate briefs and legal memoranda
• Prepare counsel for oral argument
• Advise trial teams on strategy, key motions, and appellate issue preservation
• Conduct legal research across jurisdictions
• Participate in oral arguments in state and federal courts

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years civil litigation background
• Federal or state appellate clerkship experience
