The role handles complex merger investigations and Second Request reviews for market-leading companies across technology, life sciences, medical devices, energy, and financial services sectors.

The work:

• Lead Second Request document reviews and manage teams of associates and contract attorneys
• Conduct substantive antitrust analysis for merger investigations
• Prepare regulatory filings and manage government agency interactions
• Advise clients on HSR compliance and clearance strategy
• Work across a robust deal pipeline in competitive sectors

What they're looking for:

• Three to six years of antitrust and regulatory experience with significant M&A component
• Track record managing Second Request reviews (substantive and procedural aspects)
• Technology or life sciences sector background preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and management capabilities
• Superior academic credentials

Compensation: $260,000–$390,000 based on experience level, plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive health, retirement, and family benefits.
