Antitrust Associate, Multiple US Locations · Top Vault Firm

Top Vault antitrust firm with offices in DC, LA, SF, and New York seeks an associate with 4-8 years of Hart-Scott-Rodino experience. You'll counsel clients on premerger antitrust matters including HSR filing requirements, prepare and file HSR notifications, advise on agency responses, and support M&A teams with antitrust due diligence and transaction strategy.

The work:

• Counsel clients on Hart-Scott-Rodino filing requirements and premerger antitrust compliance
• Prepare and file HSR notifications with close attention to accuracy and strategic positioning
• Advise clients on competitive overlaps, supply relationships, and transaction structure implications
• Manage responses to agency access letters and Second Requests
• Work closely with M&A teams on due diligence, integration planning, and deal strategy
• Coordinate with outside antitrust counsel on complex matters

What they're looking for:

• 4-8 years of Hart-Scott-Rodino and premerger antitrust counseling experience
• Thorough knowledge of FTC and DOJ premerger notification processes
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction where you will be based
• Compensation: $310K-$435K depending on experience and market location
