Antitrust Associate, Multiple US Locations · Top-Tier Firm

A top-tier law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its antitrust litigation practice across six US offices. The role covers complex litigation matters for clients in multiple industries, with responsibility for day-to-day case management and mentoring junior attorneys.

The work:

• Prepare and manage discovery in large-scale antitrust matters
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft complex briefs and litigation documents
• Supervise junior associates
• Coordinate with expert witnesses
• Manage active litigation matters from complaint through trial

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of antitrust litigation experience from a top-tier firm or in government
• Hands-on litigation background with proven ability to manage complex matters
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility for waiver
• Excellent academic credentials
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
