Antitrust Associate, Multiple US Locations · Leading Global Law Firm

Associate role in the antitrust group at a leading global law firm. Work on competition law litigation, regulatory matters, and M&A review for corporate clients. You'll develop expertise in government agency enforcement proceedings and antitrust compliance matters.

The work:

• Conduct antitrust litigation analysis and legal work for multinational corporations
• Support merger review matters, including HSR filings, regulatory responses, and strategy
• Advise clients on competition law compliance and regulatory obligations
• Engage with government agencies on enforcement and investigation matters
• Gain exposure across the full scope of antitrust and competition law

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience
• Background from a top 100 law firm or DOJ/FTC regulatory experience
• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
• Judicial clerkship and/or HSR investigation experience a plus
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Compensation: $260K-$365K annually
