A globally recognized antitrust practice operates across five continents, handling complex competition matters from large merger reviews to regulatory investigations and cartel defense. The work:

• Conduct merger analysis and prepare regulatory clearance submissions in Australia and across Asia-Pacific
• Advise on competition law implications of supply chains, collaborations, and joint ventures
• Handle competition matters including cartel conduct, monopolization, and anti-competitive conduct
• Respond to regulatory investigations and advise on access regimes for monopoly infrastructure
• Advise on foreign investment clearances and related regulatory requirements

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in competition law (private practice or regulatory background)
• Strong academic background with analytical and creative thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Commercial awareness and client service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in teams
• Strong judgment and self-direction
