AI Litigation Associate, New York · Vault Top 10 Firm

This litigation role centers on attorneys integrating AI into their practice. You will work on complex, fast-paced matters while actively developing AI-assisted workflows. The firm supports lawyers who view AI as fundamentally transforming legal practice, not merely accelerating existing processes.

The work:

• Full litigation support: depositions, pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, oral arguments
• Case management and document review leadership
• Expert coordination on evidentiary matters
• Ongoing pro bono work
• Designing and implementing AI workflows across litigation tasks

What they're looking for:

• Hands-on, demonstrated experience with AI tools in legal settings; active daily use required
• Technical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations; ability to assess reliability
• Close tracking of AI developments and capability benchmarks in the legal field
• 1–6 years of litigation experience; bar membership in home jurisdiction required
