Vault top 10 litigation firm seeking AI-integrated associate for Los Angeles office. The role bridges legal technology and complex dispute resolution, focused on attorneys who embed AI tools into core practice rather than treating them as peripheral.

The work:

• Full-spectrum commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal
• Depositions, document review, discovery management, and complex briefing
• Case management including staffing, budgeting, and team training
• Expert coordination and discovery planning
• Oral arguments and court appearances
• Ongoing pro bono representation

What they're looking for:

• 1-6 years litigation experience
• Daily hands-on proficiency with large language models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and legal AI research platforms (Westlaw AI, Lexis+ AI, Harvey, Casetext)
• Technical curiosity and ability to assess AI capabilities critically
• Sound judgment about when AI output requires verification
• Philosophical commitment to AI as fundamental to the future of legal practice
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials and bar admission in home jurisdiction

Salary: $225,000-$390,000 based on experience and credentials.
